Company Director Martin O'Reilly is a trades Carpenter that served his apprenticeship with Cubitts General contracts one of the old construction companies in the UK that specialised in the refurbishment and renovation of historic buildings. Cubitts was established by the renowned Master Carpenter, shipwright and builder Thomas Cubitt, a craftsman of the highest level that played a major role in the design and construction of a large part of Georgian and Victorian London. Cubitts were renowned for producing highly trained carpenters. It is from this background that Martin believes in a professional approach to construction ideals that lead to the preservation and integrity of both modern and historic buildings while incorporating the use of progressive construction methods. A trades carpenter has an intimate knowledge of woodworking principles and an innate understanding of timber preservation.
